Connie Martin is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist (CHDS).  She served as a Health Information Management hospital transcription supervisor for over 35 years.  She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. 

Nancy Hoover has worked as a transcription supervisor for over 30 years and has a Master’s Degree in Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.  She continues to oversee the daily operations and coordinates continuing education for the employees.
